What is Aroma Tapping?
Aroma tapping uses EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, and the close connection between scents and emotions in order to experience a conscious shift in your mental state and generate a more positive emotional response. Aroma tapping is a powerful tool you can use to release dis-empowering emotions and anchor your thoughts and feelings into something more intentional, positive, and empowering.

So, How Does it Work?
With this aroma tapping exercise, you will use your fingers to ‘tap’ on specific meridian or energy points on the body to bring the parasympathetic nervous system into balance. You will use affirmations and essential oils to release negative thoughts and feelings, allowing you to create an empowered emotional state. By including essential oils into your daily routine, you can transform your thoughts and emotions into something much more positive and uplifting!
